With the improvement of living standard, people keep more and more kinds of pets, and people's demand for pet food is more and more diversified. In order to meet the market demand, our company has developed a pet food extruder machine, which is easy to operate and accurate to control, to ensure that pet food can be produced under stable temperature, pressure, humidity and other environments.
The pet food extruder machine mainly uses bone powder, meat mud, meat powder, fish meal, corn meal, soybean meal and other grain powder as the main raw materials, producing dog, cat, fox, bird and other pet food with novel shape, high nutritional value and suitable taste.
The following is to introduce some matters needing attention when using the pet food production line:
1.Do not put your hand into the feed port when the pet food extruder is working. Use tools to help feed if necessary.
2. Before starting the pet food extruder machine, reduce the feeding before starting the machine. When closed, please leave a little feed in the machine to prevent idling between the press roller and the template.
3. If the pet food extruder machine is stuck during operation, it should be stopped immediately and restarted after checking that there is no problem.
4. After using the machine for a certain period of time or pressing out a certain number of particles, if the particles produced are broken or unstable, add 2%-4% water into the subsequent mixed raw materials, stir evenly and then carry out production.
5. When the pet food extruder machine is used again, it should work for about 40 hours under low load, and then change the gear oil in the gearbox. The lubricating oil will be replaced regularly in the future, and all bearings should be injected with lubricating oil regularly.
