What are the advantages of the wet method fish food extruder in producing fish feed?
With the continuous development and progress of feed production technology and equipment, the wet extruder is more and more widely used in aquatic feed production technology, and the extruded aquatic feed is gradually applied and developed in the production. Fish and shrimp live in water, so the feed must have enough stability in water to avoid loss of nutrients and pollution of water quality. Since the wet method fish food extruder was used in aquatic feed technology, the quality of aquatic feed produced by pellet machine is much higher than that of hard pellet aquatic feed, which is shown in the following aspects:
1. The ripening degree of raw starch is greatly improved, which is more conducive to the digestion and absorption of aquatic animals such as fish, shrimp and turtles, and improves the utilization rate of feed. The gelatinization degree of starch in the expanded floating fish feed is more than 90%, that in the expanded sinking feed is more than 70%, and that in the pellet aquatic feed is generally about 30%.
2. The water stability for a long time, more conducive to aquatic animals to eat, feed utilization rate is greatly improved. The stable time of the expanded floating fish feed is more than 10 hours, the stable time of the expanded sinking feed is more than 4 hours, and the temperature time of the hard granular aquatic feed is only about 2 hours.
3. Expanding process can effectively kill bacteria. The raw material through the high temperature and high pressure process of wet method fish food extruder can effectively eliminate harmful bacteria such as Salmonella and Escherichia coli in feed, greatly reducing the incidence of aquatic animals and protecting water resources from pollution to a greater extent. However, the traditional aquatic feed process can not completely eliminate harmful bacteria.
4. High absorption and utilization rate. Due to the effect of high temperature and high wild extrusion process, the absorption of plant sex protein utilization improved, make the plant sex protein utilization increase in aquatic feed formula, can greatly reduce feed costs, while the traditional aquatic feed needs a large number of animal protein raw materials are formulated as fish meal, bone meal, high production cost.
