The basic function of the extruder

Puffing machine is a kind of equipment for processing puffed food, such as processing rice, corn, soybean, wheat and so on in daily life. Its main working principle is that mechanical energy into heat energy, the heat generated by the rotation of the machine will be extruded food cooked, after the puffed food is the most obvious feature of the volume is larger. 1. Coagulation: During the expansion process, food or feed materials can be closely combined and condensed into discrete pieces.

4. Expansion: The operation conditions and configuration of the extruder can control the density (such as sink or float) of pet feed and aquatic feed.

5. Gelation: The puffing cooking can gelatinize starch (from a variety of sources, such as tubers or grains) during food or pet feed processing.

6. Grinding effect: in the process of food or feed processing raw materials can be ground in the extruder to a certain extent.

7. Homogenization: Homogenization of the extruder changes the structure of an unattractive material into a more acceptable form.

8. Mixing effect: in the process of extruding, various extruding machines have a variety of screw options, which can make the extruder to produce the desired mixing amount.

9. Pasteurization and sterilization: in the process of food or feed puffing, raw materials can be pasteurized or sterilized by puffing technology.
