Fish feed machine conditioner speed, temperature steam pressure, screw, die hole, hot and cold row and so on for the effects of bulk density (moisture content, starch production, puffing over):
1. If the Fish feed machine conditioner speed is too fast, the material in the modulator’s time is too short. So that puffed modulation is not enough. Then it is easy to produce cornstarch to make the bulk density excessive ; If the modulation speed is too slow, the time that material stays in the modulator is too long. So that the modulation puffing is excessive. The puffed corn will be white and it lose the nutritional value.
2. If the Fish feed machine vapor pressure and temperature are too high, the corn powder will be puffed over and the puffed corn will be white. It lose the nutritional value; If the vapor pressure and temperature are too low, the powder will not be puffed enough. And then it will result in the raw corn starch and the high moisture content (Contact puffing machine theory analysis).
3.If the Extruder’s screw pitch and die hole diameter are too large, then in the puffing process, because of the low puffing pressure, the puffing will not be enough. And then it will result in the raw corn starch and the high moisture content (Contact puffing machine theory analysis); If the helix pitch and die hole diameter is too small, then in the puffing process,because of the high pressure and temperature, the corn powder will be puffed over and the puffed corn will be white. It lose the nutritional value.
4.Fish feed machine equipment cold row (fan air volume, long cooling time), the moisture content will be lower; puffed corn thermal emissions (small fan flow, the cooling time is short), is easy to cause the moisture content is too high.
