Puff food equipment host idling matters needing attention

Puff food equipment is the priority in the extrusion equipment processing line. If it does not work, the whole Puff food equipment will be scrap.  In order to make the extruder work well when it reach to customer, Jinan FLD Extrusion Machinery Co., Ltd will test or idle it before shipping. The Puff food equipment run well. Then pack it to delivery. With testing or idling, we will check the following parts and position.

1)Checking the electric device has no damage and loose.

 

2)Checking if any foreign body in the barrel,screw and screw tube. They should be cleaned up.

 3)Checking the reducer,screw and screw tube: turning the belt manually, resistance to motion should be small and uniform. Turn a few laps to check whether if any waste discharged. 　

 

4)Checking whether the feed screw is successfully pushed into cylinder.

 

5)Install the cutter and adjust the gap between the blade and mould. Turn the blade checking it has a good contact with the mould in any place. If not, adjust it again.

 

6)Checking the lubrication system: the connection should be normal and fuel tank has enough oil.
