Matters needing attention before and after the start and stop of pet food machine
1. Check all parts of the pet food machine, especially the connecting parts of the expansion chamber, the foundation, the connecting parts of the motor seat and the frame, and the connection between the expansion chamber and the frame, to prevent loosening.
2. manually turn the screw, then there can be no friction sound in the expansion chamber.
3. Start feeding auger, check its high speed performance, and require normal operation.
4. Check and confirm the lubrication system and cooling system of the pet food machine before starting. The cavity needs to be cleaned.
5. Before starting the pet food machine, check the connection of the electrical control part, whether the steering of each motor is correct and whether the control is reliable.
6. After the pet food machine stops, put on high temperature gloves, quickly take out the mold and immediately clean the remaining materials on the mold. And start the main motor to empty the material accumulated in the expansion chamber. When corn puffed, soybean flour should be added to rinse the material in the chamber.
7. Pay attention to safety when disassembling the mold of pet food machine. No one should stand in front of the machine to avoid the danger caused by excessive pressure in the puffing machine chamber.
8. Do not stop the pet feed machine at will after it is running normally.
